Peter Castellani, LMT, Owner
Peter is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, the Reiki Training Center of Connecticut, holds a degree from Charter Oak State College, and is First Aid CPR/AED Certified. He is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, is nationally certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and is a staff member at the CCMT, Newington Campus.
Ever since Peter became interested in sports as a young kid he always knew he wanted to be a part of a team some day. His ambitions began to see light after his degree from CCMT. His relentless drive and ambitious goals have continued to shape his passion for life and career in a way that leaves him blessed to have found Massage Therapy.
Peter specializes in Sports Massage and has continued his education in this expertise. He has taken Sports Massage courses provided by the American Massage Therapy Association, and has taken continuing education in Orthopedic Assessment, and Kinesiology. He couples orthopedic and myofascial techniques to provide a quality massage for athletes in all stages of their training. He has worked with a number of DI-III athletes, and has done volunteer work with the WNBA Connecticut Sun as recently as the 2016 season and the FCBL Bristol Blues in the 2017 season.
Working with athletes to build up, sustain, or restore muscular efficiency is Peters' favorite type of work and continues to drive his passion for healing.

Christina Wojtankowski, LMT
Christina graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and has since continued her Education holding certifications in Hot Stone Massage, Acupressure, and Usui Reiki from the Sanctuary Healing Arts Center. She is also a Member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Christina believes that optimum health requires mind, body, and spirit to be in balance. That what you think impacts how you feel physically and vice versa. Christina believes we all have the ability to heal ourselves and she is passionate about helping clients ease physical discomforts and facilitate their own bodies healing using techniques that integrate a blend of various modalities customized to meet each clients individual needs.

Drin Mehmedi, LMT
Drin graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT) and specializes in Orthopedic Massage, Headache relief, and low back pain. He has furthered his continuing education with a course on Myoskeletal Alignment as well as to become First Aid CPR/AED certified. Drin has also focused his studies to create his own continuing education course approved by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) specializing in Pelvic Imbalances.

Michelle is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, were she is now also a Teacher. She is First Aid CPR/AED certified, a Reiki Master, and a Craniosacral Therapist. Michelle has completed three years studying energy therapy at the Integrative Therapies Wellness and Education Center and has a Degree from the University of Connecticut.
Michelle is dedicated to continuing her education in health and healing . In addition to her traditional education, she has taken courses on the Wisdom of the Earth, an aromatherapy healing art, and Sports Massage provided through the American Massage Therapy Association.
Forever interested in the mind/body connection, Michelle has a strong understanding of physical dis-ease and how its brought forth from our emotions. Pam is a board certified Holistic Registered Nurse who is also certified in Hospice and Palliative Care, and nationally certified Massage Therapist offering holistic services that integrates "Mind-Body-Spirit-Environment" into a practice that is centered on you. In addition to holistic health education and massage therapy, Pam is certified in acupressure, which is an energy-based modality that encourages the flow of Life Force Energy (Chi) through the meridians (energy pathways) of the body. Joanna Perez, LMT
Joanna has been a registered and occupational therapist for the past ten years and has experience treating orthopedic, neurological, cardiac and oncology related pathologies amongst pediatric to geriatric populations. She was required to evaluate and provide treatment with thorough discharge plans across all settings from hospital based to home care.
She was also a DI collegiate level athlete which led to her passion of human anatomy and physiology with an emphasis on function. She continues to pursue an active lifestyle through CrossFit, cycling, and hiking.
Joanna decided to pursue additional certification in manual therapies at Cortiva Institute, and now specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Athletic Massage and is also certified in Reiki Level I.
Joanna's passion in alternative, therapeutic practices allows the focus of client sessions to be on optimal healing of mind, body, and soul. Her goal is for clients to receive an individualized enriched, functional, and integrative experience.
