Michelle is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, were she is now also a Teacher. She is First Aid CPR/AED certified, a Reiki Master, and a Craniosacral Therapist. Michelle has completed three years studying energy therapy at the Integrative Therapies Wellness and Education Center and has a Degree from the University of Connecticut.
Michelle is dedicated to continuing her education in health and healing . In addition to her traditional education, she has taken courses on the Wisdom of the Earth, an aromatherapy healing art, and Sports Massage provided through the American Massage Therapy Association.
Forever interested in the mind/body connection, Michelle has a strong understanding of physical dis-ease and how its brought forth from our emotions. Drin graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT) and specializes in Orthopedic Massage, Headache relief, and low back pain. He has furthered his continuing education with a course on Myoskeletal Alignment as well as to become First Aid CPR/AED certified. Drin has also focused his studies to create his own continuing education course approved by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) specializing in Pelvic Imbalances.

Dominique is a graduate from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, and she is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Dominique has always been intrigued by nature and all of its synchronicities. She believes her work to be very intuitive, along with also being guided by the bodies anatomy and pathologies. Dominique has also continued her studies with a focus in Craniosacral Therapy.
Her goals are to create a safe, judgement free space, for all walks of life; to help facilitate growth and healing. Believing in the importance of the body-mind connection, she spends a lot of her free time hiking and gardening in hopes of sharing the nurturing energies she may gather.

Meghan graduated with honors from Cortiva Institute and specializes in Athletic Massage, Deep Tissue, and Swedish Massage. She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Meghan grew up playing sports and stayed active as an adult which led her to becoming a competitive athlete in Strongman Competitions and then eventually onto Powerlifting. This sparked a curiosity in wanting to learn more about how the body works and moves together. This coupled with seeing how massage can be helpful in keeping an athlete healthy and injury free is what made her pursue a career in massage therapy.
Her passions for sports and an active lifestyle excites her passion for continuing her education so she may offer her clients a session focused on their need with a variety of helpful modalities.

Jennifer began her wellness journey in 2009 in the Health and Wellness Industry. In 2014 she went back to school to earn her certification as a personal trainer as well study energy medicine and earn her certification as an Energy/Reiki Practitioner. It was then that she fell in love with the healing arts and helping people with their overall health and well being. In 2018 Jennifer earned her degree from Branford Hall Institute.
Jennifer is very dedicated to her clients, and tends to make people smile and feel inspired. In her free time she enjoys staying active by hiking, kayaking and biking. She also has two African Grey Parrots whom are known to carry on a good conversation. "May the force be with you, Love and Light."

Krenar is a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy as well as a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Krenar specializes in pain relief, Thai and sports massages and has taken the initiative to become level 1 certified within Thai Massage in order to properly apply muscle and tension relief to his clients.
Over the past 2 years he has volunteered as a massage therapist with Cycle For The Cause to provide relief to hundreds of cyclists during stops on their 275 mile charity bike ride.

Francesca's fondest childhood daily activity was "rest time", it was a time to quiet thoughts, rest the body and just be. She was drawn to intrinsic healing at an early age.

Peter is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, the Reiki Training Center of Connecticut, holds a degree from Charter Oak State College, and is First Aid CPR/AED Certified. He is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, is nationally certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and a Teacher at the CCMT, Newington Campus.
Ever since Peter became interested in sports as a young kid he always knew he wanted to be a part of a team some day. His dreams began to see light after his degree from CCMT. His relentless drive and ambitious goals have continued to shape his passion for life and career in a way that leaves him blessed to have found Massage Therapy.
Peter specializes in Sports Massage and has continued his education in this expertise. He has taken Sports Massage courses provided by the American Massage Therapy Association, and has taken continuing education in Orthopedic Assessment, and Kinesiology. He couples orthopedic and myofascial techniques to provide a quality massage for athletes in all stages of their training. He has worked with a number of DI-III athletes, and has done volunteer work with the WNBA Connecticut Sun as recently as the 2016 season and the FCBL Bristol Blues Baseball team in 2017.
Working with athletes to build up, sustain, or restore muscular efficiency is Peters' favorite type of work and continues to drive his passion for healing.
